My goal is protect your investment, manage your tenants and help you to build your rental portfolio. Marketing your home and securing qualified tenants quickly is my reward. When taking on a new property, a market analysis is run for us to review to discuss pricing. This is to not only get top dollar but also make sure that we are priced right for quick movement. Being a landlord myself, I understand the need to keep properties rented and make sure they are maintained. 

Having watched my mother become successful in real estate when I was young, it was only natural that I follow in her footsteps. Using her understanding of people’s needs and attention to detail, I developed my business practice to reflect these values. Managing your investments and helping you to grow your investment portfolio is my goal. I am a member of Hampton Roads Realtors Association and have been a recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award since 2013. In addition, I have received the National Sales Excellence Award since 2014 and Quality Service Award since 2015.
